  • Processing drum for small parts

  • Second extraction system for powder removal

By pushing the operating mode selector switch, the pneumatic switchover between two cyclone separators takes place. As a result, the blasting system can also be used to de-powder the workpieces. The powder is separated in the first cyclone separator and falls into the dust bucket positioned underneath. In the second cyclone separator there is the blasting medium with which the workpiece is then cleaned or compacted.



Typical areas of application

The system is suitable for all SLS and SLM applications, but can of course also be used for all other blasting work.
