Blasting space

Dust-tight partial vacuum cabinet in stable steel sheet construction. Infinitely variable operating height.

Doors

Two side doors, closing dust-tight, double-wall gap filled with foam for deadening noise emission, lockable, emergency shut-down in accordance with the latest regulations.

Reclaim system

The MHG reclaim system customised to the cabinet guarantee continual processing of the grit thanks to even precipitation of impurities, dust and used grit. A magnetic separartor removes ferrous particles.

Working gloves

Made of special rubber, wear resistant, lined with cotton, permanently connected to the cabinet.

Control devices

ON/OFF switch for the blasting space illumination and extraction, efficient exploitation of the compressed air with the Air Logic System. Foot-pedal, master valve incl. oil and condensate separator, pressure controller and manometer.

Window

Made of safety glass, width x height = 19,7 x 12,6 " (500 x 320 mm), easily exchangeable without special tools.

Blow-off nozzle

Air nozzle for keeping the dust inside the cabinet, not on your floor.

MHG blasting gun

System MHG, high-performance blasting gun with an optimum degree of efficiency, operated using a foot pedal, can be supplied with various nozzle combinations in ceramic or carbide design.

MHG pressure blasting system

Can also be supplied with different pressure vessel sizes - 33 or 100 litres. The reclaim system, mounted atop the pressure vessel, automatically refills the blast system with clean, recycled media.
